The conference was attended by leaders of relevant national ministries and commissions, experts from association leaders, professors, researchers, frontline technical personnel from relevant colleges and universities, research institutes, members of the friction material sub technical committee of the National Non metallic Mineral Products and Products Standardization Technical Committee, and all directors of the China Friction and Sealing Materials Association.

This meeting is mainly divided into the following major sections: the third establishment meeting of the friction material sub technical committee of the National Non metallic Mineral Products and Products Standardization Technical Committee, the 2019 working meeting of the friction material sub technical committee of the National Non metallic Mineral Products and Products Standardization Committee, the "leader" launch meeting of enterprise standards, the fifth council of the seventh session of the China Friction Sealing Materials Association Review eleven standards such as "Composite Fibers for Friction Materials", discuss two national standards such as "Test Methods for Thermal Conductivity between Friction Materials and Brakes", and "Calibration Specification for Brake Lining Compression Thermal Expansion Testing Machines".
