Unite-win Braking System (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is a professional manufacturer specializing in the research and production of brake pads for automobiles, yaw brake pads for wind turbines, spindle brake pads, rail transit brake pads, and industrial equipment brake pads. Located in Xiyuan Industrial Project Area, Gucheng County, Hebei Province, covering an area of 40000 square meters, with fixed assets of over 60 million yuan and a designed production capacity of 6 million units. The location is superior, 250 kilometers away from Port of Tianjin and 150 kilometers away from Jinan Airport, with convenient transportation.
Our company is a member unit of the China Friction Materials Association, with excellent production equipment and complete testing and research and development equipment. We have also passed ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification and EU E4 certification. Our technical research and development team has developed ceramic based, semi metal based, and copper based powder metallurgy brake pads that can meet the braking requirements of automobiles, wind power, rail transit, port machinery, automobiles, and industrial equipment. The product has excellent performance, featuring safe and reliable braking, comfort, long service life, and no noise. At present, there are over 1000 types of automotive products, and wind power products have reached over 100 product models, which have been exported to multiple countries around the world and have received unanimous praise from customers.
